Job Description
We're looking for a Firmware Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality embedded firmware and software for transceivers, cloud, and transmission transceivers. The successful candidate will have experience with ARM-based MCUs, firmware security implementation, and a strong technical background in electrical engineering or computer science.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years’ experience in a lead firmware role and/or 3+ years’ experience in a firmware engineering manager role
- Understanding of microcontroller, and system architecture
- Experience with optical transceiver technologies
- Experience driving technical innovation at multiple layers event and priority management
