Job Description
We're looking for an Industrial Engineer to design efficient systems and mechanisms, plan and design manufacturing operations, and improve production efficiency and cost. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Engineering or Related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years work in manufacturing environment
- Certified Lean Master and/or Six Sigma Black Belt would be advantage
- Leadership, communication, coaching and training skills is a must
- Able to work under pressure
- Be able to prioritize tasks and effectively in a dynamic environment
- Capability to work both analytical and hand-on to solve problem
- Teamwork and self-motivated
- Oral and written communication skills
- Good communicate in English
