Manufacturing Product Manager

We're looking for a Manufacturing Product Manager to lead product engineering excellence and product lifecycle execution for Cloud products. The role involves driving product engineering strategy, technical decision-making, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Physics, or related field); Master's preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing engineering within high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience acting as Product Engineering Lead supporting NPI, volume ramp, and sustaining engineering.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, change control, and manufacturing interfaces.
• Experience in optical, photonics, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in a global / matrix organization.
• Fluent English communication required.
