As an intern, you will assist in evaluating the viability of sites, preparing submittal documents for permitting authorities, and tracking projects through development cycle using software such as Smartsheets.
Requirements
- Interest in at developing projects through their development cycle and the ability to prioritize, multitask are essential
- Pursuing an accredited undergraduate or graduate college/university Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Policy, Environmental Science, Engineering or related
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as complete individual tasks
- Willingness to live by and follow Luminace’s vision, mission and values.
- Self-starter who is no afraid to ask questions and take on tasks outside of their comfort zone
- Willingness to learn new things and be curious
- Ability to think “outside the box” and to anticipate roadblocks encountered through site development
