Job Description
Luminance is seeking a Product Designer to create intuitive and impactful experiences that make complex AI-powered workflows simple and usable across enterprise functions.
Requirements
- Degree in design, HCI, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven expertise in Figma and modern design systems
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design work, including enterprise or complex workflow products
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
