Job Description
Join Luminance as a Product Specialist, helping businesses understand and adopt cutting-edge AI technology. This entry-level role will involve working closely with senior teams to support the Sales team in winning new business and collaborating with the Customer Success Team to help existing customers maximize their experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a STEM discipline, with GPA of 3.5 or above
- Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand, translate and simplify concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent communication skills for translating between customer needs and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup — especially in Solutions or Sales Engineering — is a plus
- Ability to travel for work
