Senior Associate

Luminary Labs seeks Senior Associates to develop strategies and oversee program execution for Fortune 500, nonprofit, and government clients. The role is hybrid, with two synchronous days in the office and three days remote. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional people skills, and a passion for innovation and impact.

Requirements

• MBA or Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4-5+ years experience working with clients or teams who trust you implicitly
• Demonstrated work and/or educational experience in synthesizing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication and presentation skills
• Good technological literacy and ability to quickly navigate tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Dropbox, and Google Docs
