Luminary Labs seeks Associates to support strategy formation and program execution for Fortune 500, nonprofit, and government clients. The role involves realizing client objectives, owning work streams, and supporting insight development. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in client services
• Demonstrated work and/or educational experience in synthesizing data, drawing meaningful insights, and providing actionable strategies
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Passionate about technology and the opportunities it presents to clients
• Good technological literacy and ability to quickly learn and navigate tools like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Dropbox, and Google Docs
• Ability to structure thinking in an easy to follow manner
