Inventory Control Analyst (Amazon FBA)

Inventory Control Analyst responsible for Amazon FBA reconciliation and inventory controls. Forensic-minded operator to turn data into control, accountability, and recoverable dollars.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Amazon FBA inventory reconciliation, operations analytics, or inventory control experience.
• Deep understanding of FBA inbound, receiving behavior, adjustments, removals, returns, and common variance drivers.
• Proven experience reconciling internal operational data against Amazon reports or ledger-level event data.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to query large datasets across shipment, SKU, and event-level tables.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex lookups, pivots, variance workflows).
• Ability to structure reconciliation logic with audit trails and exception handling.
