Join our team as a Head of Partnership & Local Support Unit! As a Head of Partnership & Local Support Unit, you will be responsible for establishing new beneficial partner relations, maintaining brilliant relations with existing partners, and handling incoming partner sales leads.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B sales, sales support and/or customer service in finance industry
- 1-2 years of people management experience
- Real estate market knowledge would be considered as an advantage
- Good retail business and banking product knowledge
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
