Job Description
Join Luminor as a Product Owner and contribute to shaping, developing, and optimizing Anti-Financial Crime solutions across the bank. You will play a key role in shaping the product vision and roadmap for assigned AFC solutions, translating business, regulatory, and operational needs into backlog items, and supporting daily operations and continuous improvement of AFC systems.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an IT-driven environment
- Experience in the Anti-Financial Crime are will be considered as an advantage
- Good understanding of banking products, processes, and system landscapes
- Strong skills in business process analysis and improvement
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of IT delivery models and experience in Agile environment
- University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
