Product Owner (New Digital Platforms)

Join our team as a Product Owner and help build a digital-first mobile banking application. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of banking products and is comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner in digital products, preferably in banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and LeSS
• Experience in managing, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog
• Hands-on experience with discovery practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
• Ability to manage end-to-end product delivery
• Experience with estimation, planning, and release forecasting
• Understanding of data-driven decision-making and product metrics
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
• Open-mindedness and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
