Senior Software Engineer (AFC Team)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer! We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Anti-Financial Crime & Compliance team. You will come up with solution designs and architecture for Cloud-native software, lead the development and maintenance of complex software systems, and ensure the performance, quality, and maintainability of applications.

Requirements

• Strong Java 21+ / Go development experience
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud-native deployments
• Experience with message handling (Kafka), S3 file processing, and asynchronous flow redirection
• Familiarity with XML parsing, transformation, and validation logic
• Experience addressing technical debt, writing clean code, and automating tests
• Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plus
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
