Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Analytical and data-informed with the ability to interpret customer data
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple enterprise accounts
- Detail-oriented and proactive with experience using tools like Salesforce and Excel
- Clear and confident communicator with experience engaging with executive and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
