Job Description
Lumos & Associates is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of infrastructure and public works projects. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating with people, schedules, documents, and technical details to keep projects moving efficiently and on track.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of progressive construction inspection or construction services experience in the AEC industry
- Multiple ICC/NICET/Caltrans JTCP certifications
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StreetSaver, or Paver (preferred)
- Working knowledge of financial and budget-tracking software
- Experience with project management tools and construction documentation systems
