Southern Idaho Civil Engineering Practice Leader

Lumos & Associates is seeking an experienced Southern Idaho Civil Engineering Practice Leader to lead and grow their Civil Engineering practice in Idaho from their Boise office. The Practice Leader will be integral to the success of Lumos in the Idaho market, developing lasting client relationships, leading meaningful infrastructure projects, and mentoring a talented, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in civil engineering consulting, project management, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects and client relationships in Idaho
• Prior experience managing, supervising, training, coaching, developing, and motivating engineering teams
• Proven success developing new business opportunities and supporting client proposals
• Experience with Idaho municipal infrastructure, public works, water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, or site development projects
• Registered Professional Engineer in Idaho
