Survey Project Manager

Lumos & Associates is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our Surveying Division at our Reno headquarters. The role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, timely survey data that keeps engineering and construction projects moving.

Requirements

• Coordinate, oversee, and direct survey teams in responsible charge.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including topographic design surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, land division mapping, and construction staking.
• Ensure survey deliverables are accurate, complete, and provided on schedule to support engineering and construction timelines.
• Serve as a key liaison between survey and other technical disciplines, promoting proactive communication and seamless data integration.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets with financial accountability.
• Provide thorough QA/QC review prior to stamping to uphold company and industry standards.
• Serve as primary client contact and build long-term professional relationships.
• Support business development efforts and actively cultivate repeat and referral work.
• Mentor and develop junior staff through delegation, coaching, and performance feedback to strengthen the next generation of survey professionals.
