Requirements

• Support LiDAR dev kit customers during evaluation phase
• Provide sample datasets and guidance on sensor usage and modes
• Conduct and support basic testing and joint customer evaluations
• Troubleshoot common issues in integration and usage
• Maintain clear communication with customers to drive progress and avoid stalls
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues
