Manager, Clinical Operations

The Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the quality, consistency, and operational excellence of clinical care delivery, working cross-functionally with operations, care teams, and leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Requirements

• Clinical degree (MD, RN, NP, or equivalent)
• Experience in clinical operations, care delivery, or clinical management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisions
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance, quality standards, and clinical documentation requirements
• Strong organizational and project management skills
