Technical Program Manager - Power Electronics

Lunar Energy seeks a Technical Program Manager for Power Electronics to drive execution, lead cross-functionally, navigate technical complexity, and scale for production. The role requires 3-5+ years of experience in power electronics, PCBA design, development, or hardware systems engineering.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5+ years of hands-on program management experience specifically in power electronics, PCBA design, development, or hardware systems engineering
• Proven track record of taking complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from concept to high-volume production
• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical challenges into clear, actionable insights
