Job Description
Luno is seeking a Head of ALM to lead the comprehensive management and optimization of the company's entire balance sheet to support long-term financial health and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience
- Experience with crypto or wallet operations at a crypto or fintech company
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- Ability to interact, influence, and build relationships at all levels of seniority
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
