Luno is seeking an experienced Head of Sales (B2B) to drive the growth of their customer base across professional traders, corporates, and financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will develop and implement a sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and build relationships with institutional clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B, institutional sales, or business development in financial services
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of financial products, professional trading, and institutional investing
- Experience working with institutional clients such as asset managers, hedge funds, investment banks, and family offices
- Ability to build and lead regional/global sales teams, set strategic direction, and exceed revenue targets
- Global perspective, cultural awareness, and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and compliance considerations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills on Exec level
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with a high degree of uncertainty - and autonomy
- Strong knowledge of Asian financial markets legislation
