Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the structured governance and end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• Define and maintain the project plan (scope, timeline, milestones, budget)
• Set up governance structure (Steering Committee, PMO, key stakeholders)
• Ensure adherence to project methodology (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
• Act as main interface between Business, IT, and SAP consultants and vendors
• Manage scope changes, CRs, and approvals
• Monitor progress and remove blockers
• Manage team capacity and allocation (internal + external consultants)
• Coordinate vendor activities and control deliverables (SOW / invoices / hours)
• Plan and manage SIT/UAT cycles
• Ensure quality gates are met (exit criteria)
• Organize hypercare support, incident management, and transition to operations
