Job Description
The SAP GTS Consultant is responsible for ensuring stable business operations in a mature application support environment, providing senior-level support for SAP GTS applications and managing incidents and service requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of SAP experience, including solid hands-on knowledge of SAP GTS
- Strong background in application support with focus on incident and service request management
- Good understanding of global trade, compliance, and customs processes within SAP GTS
- Experience working in structured, high-maturity IT service environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
