We're seeking Project Managers at various levels to support long-range development initiatives for large, complex public transit environments. Responsibilities include coordinating and advancing program-level initiatives, translating program-level objectives into structured work plans, and facilitating meetings with client stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Support planning and execution of program initiatives related to communications and signaling systems, infrastructure maintenance, and long-range system improvements.
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, maintenance, and program teams to align scope, priorities, and implementation strategies.
- Translate program-level objectives into structured work plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track progress across multiple initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, and support mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with client stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support development and implementation of program-level processes, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with agency standards, safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
