Administrative Assistant (Multilingual) provides administrative, client-facing, billing, and data management support for the Yamhill District. This role includes front office reception services, scheduling support, and operational assistance for multiple Interventions contracts. Work is conducted in a multicultural environment, requiring bilingual abilities in English and Spanish, strict confidentiality, strong organization, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal and in Spanish and English
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel, and general office functions and office etiquette
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Valid OR State Driver's License and auto insurance
- CPR certified or ability to become certified
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, or 2 years of related reception desk or administrative support experience, and related experience in a non-profit setting preferred
