Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking a Mental Health Associate 2 to provide mental health services to youth and families enrolled in the WISe program. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative care team, providing community-based services and promoting safe, stable, and healthy families.
Requirements
- Maintain a caseload of up to 25 youth and their families
- Provide culturally appropriate, trauma-informed mental health services
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators and Parent/Youth Partners
- Attend and participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments
- Deliver clinical services using evidenced-based practice models
- Maintain strong working relationships with outside agencies
