Job Description
LCSNW is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (Multilingual) to provide mental health services to youth and families enrolled in the WISe program. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and experience working with diverse populations. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to work in a variety of settings, including client homes and community-based settings. The WISe program is a collaborative care team that provides community-based services, including individual, group, and family therapy, and requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and rotating 24/7 on-call availability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Washington State credential required within 60 days of hire
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Basic mastery of business applications and productivity suites
- Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
- Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment
- Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and motor vehicle records clearance
