Regional Advancement Manager

Regional Advancement Manager responsible for implementing the strategic fund-development plan for Lutheran Community Services NW in the Spokane and Idaho regions. The ideal candidate has an innovative and proactive mindset with a passion for internal and external teaming, motivation to create and maintain successful diversified fundraising streams, and a drive to build new, sustainable donor populations while stewarding long-time partnerships and funding sources.

Requirements

• 3 years of related fund-development experience within a nonprofit or government relations setting with a proven track record of success
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in related field/Equivalent experience considered
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Fluency in data, especially related to monitoring regional trends in fundraising and campaign performance
• Intermediate mastery of business applications and productivity suites
• Resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers
• Exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, motor vehicle records clearance, and access to dependable transportation
