Job Description
The Clinician will provide comprehensive clinical services to clients, including conducting intake assessments, providing individual and group counseling, and linking clients to necessary resources. The Clinician will also participate in team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
- Create a nurturing environment using person-centered and trauma-informed practices
- Provide individual and group counseling using evidenced-based interventions
- Complete screenings and assessments and assist in making referrals to appropriate services
- Assist in crisis de-escalation/resolution and debrief situations after incidents
- Maintain progress notes and therapy notes in Extended Reach database in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and agency information
- Abide by licensing board requirements
- Adhere to all federal, state, and LSC policies and procedures
