LPN - $5,000 INCENTIVE - Trinity Glen

LPN positions available at Trinity Glen in Winston-Salem, NC. Part time, full-time, and PRN available. Benefits start at 20+ hours/week. Pay range $26 - $30/hour. $5,000 Sign on Bonus. Flexible scheduling and daily pay available.

Requirements

• Accurately and safely prepares, administers, and documents the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the physician utilizing the six rights of medication administration.
• Administers medication via the following routes: oral, IM, subq, and G-tube; administers IV fluids and medications (under direct RN supervision, if applicable).
• Follows LSC procedures for documentation of medication administration, physicians’orders, nurses’ notes and all other areas of resident care utilizing the electronic medical record.
