Requirements
- Current certification as a Medication Technician
- CNA certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to completing continuing education to maintain certification
- Physical capacity to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively and compassionately with residents and team members
