Counselor I (6225)

Lutheran Services Florida is seeking a Counselor I to provide individual and family counseling, case management services, and advocacy to families in need. The Counselor I will assist in the provision of services to families by providing individual and family counseling, case management services, and crisis intervention counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required
• One or more years experience working with troubled youth and their families
• Good written and verbal communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal leadership skills
• Ability to function in a team setting, and professionally serve a diverse multi-cultural client population
• Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area
