Operations Specialist (103158)

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking an Operations Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of others. The position is responsible for providing guidance and support to case management teams, maintaining effective mechanisms to promote timely problem identification and resolution, and assuring compliance with current federal, state, and local laws, contracts, accreditation standards, and policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the areas of psychology, social work, or related human service field
• Minimum of three years of Florida child welfare experience
• Experience working in Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) Integrated Child Welfare Information System
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Child Welfare Certification preferred
