Job Description
The Customized Community Supports Coordinator oversees daily operations to ensure high-quality services are delivered to people supported, supervising In Home Direct Support Professionals, managing program budget, and coordinating training to promote an Alive Workplace and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED with experience working with vulnerable populations
- Working knowledge of Minnesota Statutes
- Training in basic supervisory skills, team building, challenging behaviors, and leadership
- Experience in a supervisory capacity
- Background Study (BGS) clearance
- Driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) record
- CPR certificate, First Aid, and Medication Administration training
