Job Description
The Designated Coordinator will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities, building relationships and advocating for their health and wellness needs. They will supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, manage financial records, and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- CPR certificate, First Aid, and medication administration training
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
