Job Description
As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. You will ensure each individual receives guidance, support, and safety through relationship building, advocate for their health and wellness needs, and promote independence in performing essential life skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Driver's license required
- CPR certificate, First Aid (when required), and medication administration training required
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance required
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record required
