Job Description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is hiring a full-time Therapeutic Foster Care Child Therapist. The Therapist will provide therapeutic services to children in the Treatment Foster Care Program using a trauma-informed approach.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or other related field
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS
- Licensed clinical social work (LCSW) credential or its equivalent
- IM+ CANTS certification
- Training in Treatment Foster Care of Oregon (TFCO) model
- Certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy (TF-CTB)
- Valid drivers license, in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation
