Job Description
Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Intact Sr. Child Welfare Supervisor to supervise a unit of direct service staff providing foster care, adoption, and intact family and/or counseling services.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or a related field
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS
- State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license in good standing for the state of residency
- Access to reliable transportation for visits, meetings and to transport clients as needed
