Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager to assist clients in achieving objectives and goals, while collaborating with clients and coordinating services for client care.

Requirements

• Manage a client case load of seven to ten
• Develop and present didactic groups per week
• Provide counseling, case management, and client education
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) for clinical documentation
• Demonstrate professional behavior and integrity
