Lutheran Social Services of Illinois is hiring a full-time Family Case Manager to provide casework services to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children. The successful candidate will assist families to meet minimum parenting standards in compliance with state mandates and agency policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related human services field
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- State licensing/certification as required by the state of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services
- Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) or ability to obtain required
- Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP) required
- Training in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or availability to participate in training, coaching and fidelity to certification once hired required
- Successful completion of CCS Bootcamp required
- Successful completion of Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Planning Training
- Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Proof of valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage required
