Luupli is a social media app that has equity, diversity, and equality at its heart. We are seeking an experienced Director of Creators & Opportunities who can join our team and help us grow our Luupli app.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer partnerships
• Proven track record of success in recruiting and managing diverse talents or influencers
• Experience working in a senior executive role, with experience leading and managing a team
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Demonstrated experience with analysing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership based on insights
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the tech industry or working with social media apps is a plus
