Administrative Officer (maternity replacement)

The Administrative Officer supports with all administration tasks and maintains effective and efficient cooperation and coordination among the Bokeo Provincial Support Office, central programme office and Operational Pool, thereby ensuring compliance with all requirements of LuxDev.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or a related discipline
• At least 5-year of relevant experience in ODA, programme and/or project support
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and e-mail applications
• Ability to write and communicate orally in Lao and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and organisational skills
