Village Development Adviser (Lao national)

The Village Development Adviser (VDA) supports and coaches counterpart staff in executing community development activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of social and economic development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in rural development, agriculture and forestry, education, health and nutrition or a subject related to the postion
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in implementing capacity strengthening and/or community development projects
• Experience working in cooperation with and support of government agencies
• Experience working for international organisations or NGOs
