Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician will engage in an array of machining operations, including surface grinding, polishing, cylindrical grinding, and centerless grinding on various sapphire components, while adhering to tight tolerances and performing daily upkeep of the equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least one year of hands-on machining experience required
• Proficient in shop mathematics, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing across all units of measure
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes along with the ability to read blueprints, specifications, Safety Data Sheets, and Work Instructions
• Familiarity with basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
