Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is a key finance business partner supporting plant operations, manufacturing leadership, and corporate finance. This role is responsible for managing and analyzing all aspects of the plant's financial performance related to manufacturing cost, inventory, production variances, capital investments, and standard costing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting
• 5 years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas, financial modeling)
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD preferred) including production orders, internal orders, and cost center accounting
