Job Description
Seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Seattle market, responsible for driving revenue, developing talent, and delivering predictable results.
Requirements
- Prior successful home improvement sales experience, preferably within a One-Day Bath or One-Day Remodel model
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of consistent results
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage by the numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with iPad-based presentations and electronic contracting systems
