Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. We're looking for a Staff Applied AI Engineer to join our Auggie Platform team and shape the future of real estate.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time in senior or staff-level roles
• Production experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, agent-to-agent communication, or autonomous workflow execution
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Track record of owning product-oriented technical initiatives end-to-end
