Staff Product Designer - US (Remote)

Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry. We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead high-impact design efforts across one of our core product areas.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design
• Extensive experience designing and shipping digital products end to end
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact
• Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows across multi-product environments
• Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems
• A deep curiosity for users and a drive to solve real pain points with clarity and care
• Excellent collaboration and storytelling skills across cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders
• A track record of mentoring others and raising the bar for quality and process

Benefits
