Job Description
LUZCO is seeking a Project Manager to lead early-stage development of transmission and substation projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV. The role involves guiding projects through conceptual and developmental phases, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary client contact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the transmission and distribution industry
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive project deliverables
